As Christmas holidays approach, we wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge your ongoing efforts to support the well-being of your child(ren)/youth. Although each family is unique and our realities vary widely, there are things we can all do to protect our mental health. Consider the suggestions below, keeping in mind that you know what will work best for your family.
