St. George Academy High School (SGA) hosted its annual Fall
Semester Orientation Day on September 2, 2025, an exciting event
designed to welcome new and returning students to our school
community. The day provided an opportunity for our students to get
acquainted with teachers, meet classmates, and explore the North
York campus before classes officially begin.
The event started with a warm welcome from our Vice Principal, Mr.
Khaled Shbaro, followed by engaging activities led by student
representatives and staff. Icebreakers, campus tours, and team-
building games helped students build connections and feel at ease in
their new environment.
Our students were introduced to the 2025-2026 academic programs,
extracurricular activities, and support services available throughout
the school year. Parents were also invited to attend an information
session highlighting key resources and ways to stay involved in the
school community.
SGA Orientation Day set a positive tone for the upcoming school
year, reinforcing the values of belonging, collaboration, and school
spirit here in Canada. Students were excited, and ready to embrace
the challenges and opportunities ahead.
